At Covida, we provide modern fully furnished beautiful co-living spaces at affordable prices. Once your are with us, you just have to move-in and we take care of every thing else, all inclusive in your rent!
At Covida, your stay would be a sweet and eventful chapter of your life. Filled with experiences and memorable events, we are always on the lookout to entertain and surprise you. With bunch of like minded skilled people, innovative minds and go getters around, your stay is always full of excitement, fun and learning. You’ll have a great time with the people around at the same time feel secure and be at ease. We can guarantee that you’ll have your privacy at all times.

BOOKING

Select a property- give us a call – schedule a visit and we will take you around our properties.
Of course you can and we promise you that what every you see on our site, is what you get. However, we still suggest you to schedule a visit before you book the place to understand us and get a feel of our properties.
We take either one or two month’s rent as non interest bearing refundable security deposit based on the property and that’s it! And yes as of now we do not offer partial or installment payment of Security Deposit.
We’d like you to stay with us for a minimum of 2 months. The longer, the better.

If it is a same gender accommodation, we do not allow opposite genders. Further, you might have to adhere to the rules of the specific property to know more.
We have both single as well as sharing rooms and differs from property to property. Feel free to choose the one that suits you. However, the common amenities at every property are available across all room types.
Sure, we do allow guests. However, guest-form is required to be processed for the guest to enter the property. Guests form opposite gender are allowed only at selected properties in common areas with prior permission and strictly not allowed for over night stay.

No! as of now we do not have provisions for paw patrol.
Absolutely not! Just don’t disturb your fellow residents, that’s all we ask of you.

MOVE IN

As soon as you’re done with the onboarding process, you will be handed your move-in kit and we will register your fingure print in our biometric enterance system. Thats it! Your fingure is your key! Further, you will get your cupboard keys etc. on the day you move-in. However, please do not lose your keys, you’ll have to go through a hassle. Please keep it safe.
Most of our properties are fully furnished and brand new, and before you move-in, we’ll have the property checked to ensure all amenities are as good as new. So don’t worry!

STAY

We are equally careful when it comes to privacy and security. Therefore, first and foremost we make sure your mates and every one on board are as good as you are. Further, we don’t share your keys with any one as applicable ; we keep a check through CCTVs, Guards and Caretaker round the clock.

By 5th of every month through NEFT/RTGS/ Bank Transfers/UPI/Cash.
We’ve got it covered. Unless there’s physical damage, you have nothing to worry about.
You can do so easily on the app, and while the app is under development/upgradation or any issues, you can get in touch with our customer support team from 10 AM to 8PM every day or just drop us a mail.
Just let as know well in advance and we’ll take care for a seamless transfer.
We do have 2 and 4 wheeler parking spaces at most of our properties. However, we recommend you to check it and confirm the availability from property to property and the facility is nominally chargable.

MOVE OUT

We hate to see you go, and the only reason we see you go is when you are done with your reason to stay in the city. However, when you do, you need to give us one month’s notice in writing. If you must leave before completing the notice period, the penalty would be on a pro-rata basis i.e. the rent for the number of days you didn’t stay of the notice period.
Refund after deductions (if any) will be made via a bank transfer within 4-7 working days from the day you move-out.
We can try to accommodate your changed dates based on availability. However, in case you cancel your stay, we will refund your security deposit but your payment towards rent will be forfeited.
